By accessing or using RiderDNA ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
To access certain features, you must create an account via email/password or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must not create accounts for the purpose of impersonating others, spamming, or any other form of abuse. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload, post, or share on RiderDNA, including photos, videos, text, and other materials ("User Content").
Your warranty: By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of that content or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish it, and that your content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other right of any third party. You must not upload photos, videos, text, or other materials created by other people without their authorization.
License: By submitting User Content, you grant RiderDNA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish. RiderDNA does not endorse, verify, pre-screen, or assume any responsibility for User Content. The views and opinions expressed by users do not represent those of RiderDNA. RiderDNA acts only as a neutral host of User Content uploaded by its users and is not liable for any User Content that infringes the rights of third parties.
Moto Clubs: Users may create or suggest motorcycle clubs on the Platform. Club owners are responsible for the content posted on their club walls and for moderating their members. RiderDNA reserves the right to remove any club, revoke ownership, or disable club features that violate these terms.
No Monitoring Obligation: RiderDNA is not obligated to monitor, review, or edit User Content. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms or that we deem objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
RiderDNA is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, or intermediary. The Platform provides a feature that allows users to mark their personal motorcycles as "For Sale" as a convenience. This feature is intended for private, individual sales only.
No commercial activity. Users may not use the Platform for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to: operating as a dealership, reselling motorcycles for profit, listing vehicles on behalf of third parties, or posting multiple listings. Each user may have only one motorcycle listed for sale at any time.
No agency or representation. RiderDNA does not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any buyer or seller. No listing on the Platform constitutes an offer by RiderDNA to sell anything. All listings are created by individual users and represent their personal intent to sell.
Transactions are between users. All negotiations, payments, inspections, title transfers, and delivery are conducted solely between the buyer and seller. RiderDNA has no involvement in, responsibility for, or liability arising from any transaction between users.
No guarantees. RiderDNA does not verify, endorse, or guarantee: the accuracy of any listing (including price, condition, mileage, or description), the identity or reliability of any seller or buyer, the legality of any vehicle or transaction, or the outcome of any deal.
User responsibility. Users are solely responsible for: ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws regarding vehicle sales and registration, verifying the condition and legal status of any vehicle before purchase, conducting transactions safely, and reporting any fraudulent or misleading listings.
RiderDNA reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms or is used for commercial activity.
The Platform's design, code, logos, and non-user content are the property of RiderDNA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Respecting the rights of others. RiderDNA respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. All User Content is uploaded by users; RiderDNA does not review or pre-screen it and has no obligation to monitor it.
Reporting infringement. If you are a copyright owner (or their authorized agent) and believe that content published on RiderDNA infringes your rights, please contact us or use the "Report a Problem" link in the footer, and include:
Our response. Upon receiving a valid notice, RiderDNA will expeditiously remove or disable access to the reported content. We may notify the user who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers. RiderDNA will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
RiderDNA does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
RiderDNA makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any User Content or information available on the Platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RiderDNA, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiderDNA, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
