Ran out toward Yucca this evening with a storm sitting off to the south, close enough to watch and far enough to leave alone. Lightning going off inside the clouds every few seconds and not one bit of thunder reaching me, just the light. Sat on the bike at a wash until the wind turned and started smelling like rain, then came on back before it got serious. Never felt a drop the whole way in.
